Structure and working principle:

The equipment consists of a series of circular wedge-shaped baskets composed of circular grid pieces as the grid surface, which are installed in the water channel at a 35 ° angle to the horizontal plane. When sewage flows into the basket from the end of the grid, the filter residue in the large dry grid gap is intercepted and deposited on the inner surface of the basket. The toothed scraper is driven by a motor to rotate, scraping the filter residue above the basket and falling by gravity. At the same time, the motor reverses and drives the toothed scraper to reverse. The intercepted filter residue falls into the slag collection tank through the cleaning plate. After the filter residue is transported, squeezed, and dehydrated by the central screw, it falls into the material box or conveyor for external transportation and treatment through the discharge port.
