Usage:

The peripheral drive mud scraper is suitable for radial sedimentation tanks with medium and large diameters, including central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central discharge; Mainly used for discharging sludge from the initial sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plants, this equipment obtained the certificate of Science and Technology Achievement Promotion Project from the Ministry of Construction in 2002.

Structure and working principle:

The equipment adopts peripheral transmission, where sewage flows into the inlet pipe at the center of the pool, diffuses through a steady flow cylinder, and flows out uniformly in a radial shape towards the periphery. The suspended sludge is settled and deposited at the bottom of the pool. The driving device drives the working bridge to rotate along the periphery and drives the scraper arm and scraper plate to rotate. The sludge is scraped from the periphery of the pool to the central sludge collection tank, and then discharged from the pool by the sludge discharge pipe under the static water pressure inside the pool. The floating slag on the water surface is skimmed towards the edge of the pool through the skimming device, and then scraped into the slag discharge bucket by the scraper and discharged from the pool outside; On the night of Shangqing, the water overflows into the water outlet tank through a triangular weir plate and is discharged.
