Usage:

The suspended center drive mud scraper is suitable for small and medium-sized radial sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central discharge; Mainly used for sludge discharge from sedimentation tanks in urban sewage treatment plants or industrial wastewater treatment projects.

Structure and working principle:

The equipment adopts a central transmission, where sewage flows into the water pipe from under the working bridge, and after being guided and diffused, it uniformly flows out in a radial shape to the surrounding area. The suspended sludge is settled and deposited at the bottom of the pool. The driving device drives the central vertical axis to rotate and drives the scraper arm and mud scraper to rotate. The scraper collects the sludge, which is then sucked into the collection tank by the suction pipe through the static water pressure inside the pool and discharged into the central mud tank through the central mud discharge pipe. The floating slag on the water surface is guided into the slag discharge hopper and discharged outside the pool through the rotating skimming device; The supernatant, on the other hand, overflows into the outlet tank through a triangular weir plate and is discharged.
