Bridge scraper

Usage:

The bridge scraper is mainly used for the discharge of sludge from the horizontal sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants and water treatment plants. This machine is a one-way scraper, and according to user requirements, skimming and skimming devices can be added.

Structure and working principle:

The device adopts a mobile bridge type, and when the mud scraper is not working, it stops at the inlet end; When the mud scraper is working and driving along the water, first put down the skim board, skim the floating slag on the pool surface into the steel skim tank at the end of the pool, and the mud scraper is lifted off the bottom of the pool; When driving in the opposite direction, put down the scraper and scrape the sludge from the bottom of the tank towards the sludge collection tank at the end of the tank, while the skimming plate is lifted off the liquid surface to prevent the floating slag from flowing in the opposite direction; Perform round-trip work movements based on this to achieve the purpose of scraping mud and skimming.

Main performance characteristics:

1. Bilateral drive, synchronous roller drive on both sides, smooth operation;

2. The water crane adopts steel wheels for walking, and the underwater scraper adopts rubber rollers for walking;

3. Skimming and scraping work in reverse;
