Non ionic polyacrylamide

This product is a water-soluble polymer. Insoluble in most organic solvents, it has good flocculation properties and can reduce the frictional resistance between liquids.

Application scope:

1. Reuse of water for clay production.

2. Can be used for centrifugal separation of coal washing tailings and filtration of fine iron ore particles.

3. Used for industrial wastewater treatment, etc.

Quality indicators:

1. Appearance: The solid is a white or slightly yellow particle or powder, and the colloid is a colorless or slightly yellow colloidal substance.

2. Solid content (solid): ≥ 88%.

3. Molecular weight: 10-15 million.

Usage and precautions:

1. The product should be prepared into a 0.1% concentration aqueous solution, preferably neutral water without salt.

2. When dissolving, evenly sprinkle this product into the stirred water and increase the temperature appropriately (<60 ℃) to accelerate dissolution.

3. Determine the * * * dosage of this product through a small trial.

4. Solid products are packaged in polypropylene plastic woven bags for external use, lined with polyethylene film bags, weighing 25 kilograms per bag; Colloids are packaged in polyethylene plastic drums, with a net weight of 25 kilograms per drum; Alternatively, it can be packaged in iron drums lined with polyethylene film bags, with a net weight of 50 kilograms or 200 kilograms per drum.

5. The product has hygroscopicity and should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, with a temperature below 35 ℃.

6. Solid products should be avoided from being scattered on the ground to prevent them from becoming slippery due to moisture absorption.

7. Product storage period: two years.
