Efficient decolorizing flocculant
This product is a quaternary amine cationic compound with functions such as decolorization, flocculation, and COD removal.
Product application scope and performance:
1. Mainly used for decolorization treatment of high chromaticity wastewater in dye factories, suitable dye varieties include activity, acidity, and dispersibility.
2. Suitable for the treatment of industrial wastewater such as textiles and inks.
3. The decolorization rate of this product for wastewater can reach over 95%, and the COD removal rate is between 40-70%.

Usage and precautions:
1. Dilute this product with clean water 10-40 times, then directly add it to the wastewater, stir for a few minutes, and then settle or air float to obtain the decolorized clear liquid.
2. The pH range of wastewater is 6-10.
3. When the chromaticity and COD of wastewater are high, decolorizing agents should be used in combination with other inorganic flocculants to reduce treatment costs. The order and proportion of agent addition should be determined based on the stirring test and the actual process of wastewater treatment.
4. This product belongs to non flammable and explosive materials, and the suitable storage temperature is 5-30 ℃. Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
5. This product is slightly irritating to the eyes and skin, so avoid direct contact with it.
6. The storage period of this product is one year. If there is layering or whitening during low-temperature storage, stirring well will not affect its effectiveness.
7. This product is packaged in plastic drums according to customer needs.
