Product performance and purpose:

Metals are essential in multiple production processes, but their use generates wastewater containing heavy metals. Usually, chemical precipitation method is used, in which chemical precipitants such as sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide are added during the neutralization process to precipitate heavy metal ions. But when the wastewater contains chelating agents, the chelating agents dissolve heavy metals and cannot form hydroxide precipitates. The residual heavy metal concentration is high and cannot meet environmental protection requirements.

The CF type heavy metal capture agent solves the problem of wastewater treatment containing complex compounds and heavy metals. It can quickly react with heavy metal ions in wastewater at room temperature, generating insoluble salts. A small amount of flocculant is added to form flocculent precipitates to achieve the purpose of removing heavy metals. It has been proven through use that the treatment method is simple and can achieve environmental protection requirements after a single treatment in the presence of multiple heavy metal ions; Complex salts of heavy metals in wastewater can also fully exert their effects, and have the characteristics of coarse flocculation, fast sedimentation, easy post-treatment, stability and non toxicity, and no secondary pollution. They can be widely used in various wastewater treatment.


The characteristics of CF type heavy metal capture agents:

1. High security. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and has no unpleasant odor. It does not produce toxic substances when depositing metals, so it can be used with confidence.

2. The removal effect is good. CF type heavy metal capture agents are effective in a wide range of pH values and can be used to treat acidic and alkaline wastewater. Regardless of the concentration of heavy metal ions in the wastewater, they can achieve removal effects. When multiple metal ions coexist, they can also be removed simultaneously; When heavy metal ions exist in the form of complex salts (EDTA, tetramine, etc.) and cannot be completely removed by hydroxide precipitation, heavy metal capture agents can play a good removal role. Heavy metal capture agents are not affected by coexisting salts in the waste liquid when precipitating heavy metals.

3. The flocculation effect is excellent. The metal precipitate is a coarse floc, which settles quickly and is easy to separate solid and liquid.

4. The sediment is stable. The metal precipitate is very stable and will not release heavy metals even at high temperatures of 200-250 ℃. The precipitate does not seep out in dilute acid solutions and has no secondary pollution. It is safe to dispose of.

5. The treatment method is simple and sludge dewatering is easy.

Usage:

1. Before actual use, a small trial with a scale of 1-10L can be conducted according to the above process.

2. When treating wastewater, adjusting the pH value between 7-10 is effective.

3. Determine the dosage of heavy metal capture agent N-915 based on the content of heavy metal ions in wastewater.

4. It can be continuously or in batches added to the wastewater, thoroughly stirred evenly, and stirred for about 30 minutes.

5. Add an appropriate amount of organic flocculant, which can be non-ionic, strong cationic, and strong anionic. Stir quickly before stirring slowly.

6. Filter and separate the precipitate of metal heavy metal capture agent N-915, and the filtered water is the standard water.

7. According to the actual situation, most heavy metal ions can be removed by alkaline neutralization first, and the remaining metal ion complexes can be precipitated with N-915.


Packaging, storage and transportation, and precautions:

CF type heavy metal capture agent is packaged in plastic bags with a net weight of 25kg. Store in a ventilated and cool place. The storage period is one year.

CF type heavy metal capture agent has stable chemical properties, safe use, and no danger; Protective equipment should be worn properly during use. If it splashes into the eyes, it should be immediately rinsed with water for more than 15 minutes, and a doctor should be asked to examine the eyes.
