COD degrading agent

Product Introduction:

COD degrading agent is a type of agent that can cleave and decompose polymer organic compounds. After pre-treatment with PCOD-2, the biodegradability and oxidizability of wastewater can be improved. At present, high molecular weight organic compounds such as polyester, polyether, nitro compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, phenolic compounds, etc. have been effectively treated in industrial wastewater such as chemical engineering, circuit boards, electroplating, and spraying. Through experiments, the decolorization effect of this agent is very good. After use, the sludge in the wastewater has the characteristics of good coagulation effect, fast settling speed, and good sludge dewatering effect.

Usage:

1. Dispensing: When using, this product can be directly added or added to the dispensing tank first to prepare a solution with a concentration of 5% -20% (continuous stirring is required in the tank during dosing), and then metered and added;

2. Dosage: The general dosage is about 500-2000ppm (i.e. 0.5-2 kg/ton of wastewater), and the specific dosage is determined by the COD value of the water quality and determined through experiments;

3. Experimental method: During the experiment, a certain amount of organic wastewater is taken, and an appropriate amount of PCOD is added and stirred evenly. The reaction takes about 60-120 minutes. After adjusting the pH value to 10.5, a small amount of polyacrylamide PAM is added for flocculation and precipitation. The supernatant is filtered and the COD content is measured.
