The defluorination agent is a light yellow or brown transparent liquid, mainly used to solve the deep defluorination of industrial fluorine-containing wastewater. The total fluoride needs to be treated to below 1.5mg/L, and the use of lime or calcium chloride cannot meet the standard. It can be applied to fluoride removal in multiple industries such as coal chemical industry, mine wastewater, circulating cooling water, electrolytic aluminum, electronics, electroplating, photovoltaics, glass, etc.
Product performance
Industrial low fluoride wastewater enters the defluorination reaction tank, where efficient defluorination agents are added. The dosage is determined based on a trial experiment, with a ratio of 0.15-0.2 grams of fluoride ions per liter of water. The mixture is stirred for 10 minutes before entering the pH regulation tank. Liquid alkali is added to adjust the pH to around 6.5, and then thoroughly stirred for a period of time before entering the flocculation tank. The flocculant PAM is added and stirred for a period of time before entering the sedimentation tank for sedimentation. The overflow of fluoride ions in the supernatant can meet the discharge standards.
