The main components of sludge conditioner include water purifiers, organic polymers, sludge stripping agents, wall breaking agents and degreasing agents, and sludge surface structure modifiers. It is a composite conditioner that can change the surface structure of sludge, reduce the solid surface load of sludge, reduce the specific surface area of sludge, and destroy bacterial structure. The organic biomass in the sludge can be fully broken to release water before flocculation and dehydration, with a small dosage and high dehydration efficiency, which is conducive to the reduction treatment of sludge through dehydration equipment. At the same time, the microstructure of the detached mud cake is loose and breathable, making it very suitable for further drying treatment.
Product performance
1. After the sludge conditioning agent is used for sludge dewatering treatment, the sludge volume increment is small, and the relative increase in sludge cake amount to the dry sludge is 1.05-1.20, which is 50% lower than the traditional lime method dry sludge increase. The subsequent treatment cost is low, and the treatment efficiency is increased.
2. Interacting with sludge to form fine and sturdy small flocs, significantly reducing the specific resistance of sludge dewatering process.
3. It can achieve rapid and continuous dewatering of sludge, achieve solid-liquid separation, reduce sludge moisture content, and truly reduce volume and volume.
4. Replacing all or part of inorganic flocculants will not increase the salt content of the filtrate and improve the operating conditions of the sewage treatment plant.
5. Beneficial for reducing the release of intracellular water by anaerobic reuse of modified cell wall membranes, thereby removing most of the free water, bound water, capillary water, and intracellular water in biochemical sludge.
Usage and precautions
1. Liquid products can be directly added or diluted 3-5 times with water, then directly added to the sludge, stirred evenly, and settled before entering the sludge pressing equipment.
2. The optimal pH of sludge is neutral to weakly alkaline, which can improve treatment efficiency.
3. When the solid content of sludge is high, a small amount of polyacrylamide can be used in combination to reduce treatment costs.
4. Our company has dedicated tank trucks for delivering liquid products and provides storage tanks. Solid products are packaged in polypropylene woven bags, lined with polyethylene film bags, with a net weight of 25 kilograms.
5. Liquid products have a storage period of six months, while solid products have a storage period of one year. They should be placed in a well ventilated and dry place, and moisture should not affect their effectiveness.
